I have a Migraine so not playing tonight. I'll be the cannon fodder on Sunday when its gone. I work at 3 jobs LGV1 driver,Plasterer.and in a garage. Very big morgage, wife, and 3 kids lol. :). And a 90/110

It is a 1985 sent overseas come back to uk in 2002 and registered as a Defender 90. but it is a 110 LWB,its going for its 1st mot in 2 years today.

Had similar with one of our vans-brake weights etc all wrong.
MOT tester gets ****ty,VOSA ask tester if it looks dodgy.

If VOSA decide that there is a clerical error-tester can proceed.

If they don't then it needs to go for an inspection

Paperwork sent out and you need a manufacturers letter stating it is a xyz.

V5c corrected and end of it

It past its mot.with 1 advise on a rear brake pipe. Insurance through heritage £89 full comp as a classic so alls good.

Sorry to be so rude myself. But who gives a stuff what you think or do.:welcome2:

Quite a few peeps, actually Myself included. Can;t be arsed to read all the drivel. so can someone tell me if I've got this right

Dopypussy has a 110 which is registered as a 90.? and he's just had it mot'd as a 90?? and presumably insured as a 110?? If I've sussed it out right

I see a few problems with the above scenario. Firstly

Any copper sat behind an ANPR camera is gonna pull him faster than a premier league footballer in a brothel

And secondly His insurance is invalid because it doesn't match what's on the V5 hence when it get's nicked and he has to send em the V5 they're gonna **** themselves and tell him to **** off.

What I don't understand is why he hasn't followed the simplest course of action and asked DvLA to reissue the corrected V5. to show it as a 110.

UNLESS of course he knows as many of us suspect that it's a ringer.

v5 90, mot 90, insurance 90, vin 90 110 Defender, So it must be a 90. And i dont think the army sell ringers unless you know better. All the best Dopypussy after all whats in a name. :)
eek eek eek eek
