!6" wheel nuts same as 15"?

My 2000yr Freelander has the standard 15" alloy wheels, I've been offered some of the 16" versions - will they fit straight on or do I need new bolts and wheel nuts?

(Tin hat on but I was taught the stupidest question was one that was not asked ....)

Oooh! - a new question.

AFAIK the wheel nuts for all the alloys are the same - diameter would make no difference.

It's highly likely that the steel wheels have different nuts.

These are the 16" alloys so that's great thank-you

and they wheels should fit but 15ins ealier wheels will not fit later cars because of the hub size

I got 15" on my 2004 hse for winter
So some 15" will fit
