4L Cyl Heads

Well got her running today starts on 8 till hot then on 7 passengers side bank No 2 has water on plug and water in engine oil
Doesn’t seam to be any exhaust gas in expansion tank but drinks water and puts it in the sump
 
Either you have a cracked block and a slipped linner or the block is warped on the water port
 
but the water jacket isn't near the oil way so how is the water getting in to the sump?
 
Front edge of the head is the water port and the oil port is above coolant can track up
Other option is it is running down the linner into the sump
 
It is never a case of scrapping it it can be fixed I would strip it out and have the block pressure tested first to confirm
 
are all the Blocks the same ie will all the auxiliary bits fit and will they bolt up to the box
ie will a 3.5 replace a 4.L ?
 
I don’t like scraping good cars and don’t but this one is a little tatty
The suspension stays in the up position when driving and it hasn’t been looked after
That is why I throat about breaking her
