4 speed zf auto problem!!!

hi
just fitted a replacement box which came out of a running RR.
started fine
but i seem to have no drive or gearbok oil circulation. found this out by running her up and disconnecting cooler pipe oil should flow but none present. rechecked torque converter was on correct placement and is.

how do i know if torque converter is kaput?
any other ideas please?

Did you fit the torque convertor on to the box splines first, if you didn't get it on the splines correctly you will break the drive pegs on the box oil pump when you mate the box to the engine. I suspect you have broken this. Remove box and look inside to see, if it has been broken new pump required. Come across this many times. Cheers
