Hi all, had a bit of a look online but not really found anything.
My 2005 AJV8 4.2 SC drives fine no issues, but has a vibration at around 4000-5000RPM, does it both under load and whilst sat holding the revs stationary, you can hear the resonance.
I can now feel a very slight 'shake' through the body on idle in neutral.
Thinking it's probably a tired crank harmonic damper. Anyone any experience removing one on this engine? Does the big crank bolt need to be removed or is there 4/5/6 smaller bolts holding the damper onto the actual pulley?
