300tdi prop doughnut keeps failing

Sorry can e explain in more detail as I am lost a bit .
I have changed prop but not taken splines apart and not sure what phase angle is?

I did look earlier and thought the angle of the prop coming onto doughnut looked a bit odd .ie the diff looked like it didn't line up straight.
Then I thought maybe when it was poly bushed the tie bars (I may have that wrong! ) wernt done up enough thus not pulling axle up enough, I have checked and they are tight.

Is the prop long enough, for the extended travel, can you use a longer prop and scrap the donut, have you facilities to point the nose of the diff upwards a bit, and then phase the prop (like Range Rover front axle in brochure already posted) ?

Looking the prop upgrade kit that mad hat has posted below looks like it would do the trick.
