Hi all
My discovery has a 3inch britpart lift kit on it at the moment but the front shocks are leaking! So I'm looking at buying a new kit.
Which is the best kit to buy? I want it to do some hard work off road! So I want a heavy duty kit and I have been looking at Terrafirma kits!
Any other suggestions?
Thanks

Great link thanks mate,
I have just bought my discovery but I have realised it's missing loads of bits and the front shock is leaking so it sits about 1" lower on the NSF
Looks like I need to purchase both the kits

The shock wont affect the height of the suspension, its is purley a damper and doesnt offer any support to the suspension, it will all be in the springs. Discos are know for sitting uneven, Extreme 4x4 will do different lengths of springs to compensate but until you get the new ones installed you dont know how much, if at all, it will be out...

When I first done the lift:

You will need to remove them completley, with them you wont get any sort of articulation as both sides will still be connected. I will warn you, your first drive after removing them can be interesting but you will get use to it quite quickly...

Yeah, it will drive fine, it will just be different thats all. I am comfortable doing the miles in mine no problem, you will just find it likes to lean on corners so you cant go hammering roundabouts at silly speeds...

Mine is also an ES, lifted 3" with all the gaurds and Maxxis Buckshot Mudders fitted....I am fed up with the anti roll bar links constantly been knarkered as a result of lifting it.

Is it really as simple as just taking all the anti roll bars off??

Yep, unbolt 'em and throw them away (or store them for no reason at all like I have done ). Its pointless doing a suspension lift and then leaving them on, it defeats the object of the lift....
