3.5 oil

What sought of oil are most you guys running in your older 3.5?
Do you run an extra cylinder head lube with the oil?
I have been reading that a lot of the current oils seem to be bad for the engine as they don't contain the same zinc levels as they use to. Apparently the zinc use to prevent the tappets and cam wearing as fast.
Any thoughts or theories?

I run mine on "classic" oil 20/50

any good quality 20/50w , getting harder to find . Morris oils cdx15/40 good as well .

Comma Sonic 20w50, lots of ZDDP.

Halfords Classic is Comma oil, but not as much ZDDP...

Halfords classic 20w/50 with a bottle of ZDDP added when I renewed the cam and followers
