205s to 235 85 16 mods needed?

Hello all,

I currently have standard 205s on my 90 but would like to up scale perhaps to 235 85 16s I don't want to do any modifications to enable this, would this size be ok or would you recommend a better size? I also heard that it could potentially effect the speedo reading?
And last one promise, do you reckon it would be ok to keep a 205 as a spare?

235's are a much better size, but I should point out that 2 seconds of internet research would have shown that they fit no problem. They are standard on the new Defenders.

235's look better, but not as good as 265's
