if an injector had failed why would it correct its self at high reves ? and noise is to heavy for derv prem knock and its sounds like the sump unless its echoing
thro the sump ?
can the balance box be timed up ok with the auto gearbox in situ ?
thanks for answering all my stupid questions but ive been in the trade 37 years and never hurd such a load noise get quieter as reves increase ??

Is it manual or auto? If manual, does it have a dual mass flywheel?

but i have hurd the drive plate can break up ? anyone hurd of this if so what sort of noise does it make ??

it was the drive plate !!!!
