over the last few weeks after carefully reading the net about haw to tweak me 200tdi for a bit more power got it just right
then i noticed a small leak at the max fuel delivery screw the one with a metal coller on so gave a nip with a 13mm spanner and snap it busted just about managed to tease the remainder out and put one in of a bosch pump from a di transit which i took out leaving all the coller on the screw is the same but i dont know weather it is set the same any ideas please else i will end up having to fit new pump:mad:

Careless .........

You won't need to fit a new pump if you got all of the bust screw out, but you will need to get and fit a correct screw, and set it up properly.

Do it soon ....
