You also need a mask and a pair of flippers at the very least and dont swim too close to sewage pipes

Yes, what you need to do is this.

use a compass to draw a circle. preferably with a REALLY sharp pencil, so that it eventualy cuts through the metal. then use pritt or uhu to glue it on. job done!
