Hi all...Help again please, just about finished you 200tdi conversion and I'm struggling with one or two things, first the air filter, what do I use ? I have the 200tdi and the old 19j pipes and filter boxes but can't figure out how to make them fit, and feel £200 + kit from Steve Parker is a bit OTT. What can I use, I never go near deep water if that helps. next is the wiring, I have been told not to wire the heater plugs up, why? Any tips on the wiring would be of help, I have both harnesses but the tdi one is just in a bag, I don't know what goes where !
Thanks.

Keep the fixings that fitted the 200tdi airbox. I fitted mine vertically at the front using them. Keep all the air intake pipes as you will need them. Do you have a snorkel? At top a 45° degree reducer same sizes. Mine is totally wade proof.

An alternative is flexi silicone 63mm tubing connected direct to snorkel pipe with connector. Just a couple of options
