I have two 200TDI engines, and there is a small difference. I have attached a picture, and the highlighted component is not available with the other engine. Can someone explain this difference between these two engines?

Rough guide from memory, early engines had green oil filler cap and green dipstick, also the extra breather set up in your picture, later had yellow cap and no extra breather, think 300 went back to the extra breather idea?
