2008 freelander 2.2 diesel

Hi all,
First time poster, long time watcher here.
I've had my freelander 2 for a while now, after having the previous freelander, and it's due a service at this stage, which i'd like to do myself. I'm reasonably competent at this type of thing and have always done my own servicing and some minor fault rectification.
My problem is that there doesn't seem to be a whole lot on here about the freelander 2? I've had a look around the forum and can't find anything about general servicing. Does anybody know of any pitfalls or things to be aware of when servicing the 2.2 td4 engine? Or better still is there a write up anywhere giving details of the usual service items such as fuel/oil/air filters etc? Thanks in advance

Get a copy of the service check sheet from the TOPIx/GTR site. It's reasonably straight forward except for the fuel filter. The filter itself is easy to do, but you may have serious problems bleeding it of air afterwards.
