2003 land rover discovery 2 s model

Hey guys i have 35,000 miles on my land rover and i dont go off road at all since ive had it but my abs light and hill decent light and tc light has been staying on somtimes when im driving but then when i shut down somtimes and fire back up it stays off got brand new brakes etc suggestions?

Have a search on here but IIRC, the 3 lights coming on often shows a fault with one of the ABS sensors (1 at each wheel), it might have been disturbed when the brakes where changed. I think sensor usually needs replaced when this happens.
