Hello,
Can anybody tell me if I am supposed to have a green trailer warning on the dash when the caravan is connected and the indicator is flashing.
I know I had one on the P38 but can't for the life of me remeber wether or not this is so with the L322 and I only fit it a few weeks ago, by the way it is a Land Rover supplied wiring kit.
I have checked Rave & the Owners manual and can't find any mention of this warning ligh that's in the shape of a trailer.
Look forward to all helpfull replies not the same as that idiot in my last topic.
Thank's to you all that have helped in the past.
I have just sorted out my folding mirrors, it was the actuator arm that had fell off on the passenger side mirror as suggested in several posts.
It would have been easier if the instruction had explained a little better on how to unclip the surround & cover, I was alright after taking the drivers side off, the passenger was easy, but it has took me an hour to super glue & aradite all the clips back on the divers side cover & surround that I broke off!!!!
Cheers all.

do you have a audiable warning when towing?I dont think you need both, but thats not the same as should/nt have both.

hi i had a towbar fitted proffesionally and there is no light facility on the l322 for this ,i was told when i asked the same question after fitting

the light indicates that the trailor is flashing too doesnt it? thus confirming that the trailer
indicator lights are operating correctly. In the
event of the failure of a trailer direction
indicator light, the warning light will not
illuminate.

check indicators on trailor, try other trailors if poss!

Not all cars have the built in indciator for trailers though, in fact with modern cars it is more common to find that the facory wirring kits will make the indicators flash quicker if a indicator fails much the same as if a indicator bulb fails on the car.

Hello Shuan10569,
I have the same van as you, so it looks as if I can relax on this matter, I must have seen it on my old P38
Cheers
