2003 Defender TD5 Which power steering fluid

Must have a leak because when I checked the res it's showing low, which PS fluid do I need?
Also which engine oil best value for money?

I'm quite prepared to be told that I'm talking through my backside - again, but I can't see LR using a different Power Steering fluid in the TD5 Defender and the TD5 Discovery of a similar age.
If that is the case, then the recommended fluid is "Cold Climate Fluid" Part number STC50519.
It isn't cheap, you can find it on fleabay (do a search on the part number) for around £15 for a litre.
Apparently "according to LR" to use anything different can damage the seals although I did read somewhere that Dexron could be used in an emergency.
