2001 defender td5 misfire under no load

Hi folks,
I have recently purchased a Land Rover Defender 2001 TD5. It has under 40k on the clock. Pulls very well but as soon as I take my foot off of the accelerator it develops a miss or imbalance. This happens in every gear at any speed. The injector loom has been changed. The fuel filter has been changed. EGR valve has been checked.
Anyone have any suggestions guys?

Get it plugged in to diagnostics

Never mind checking the EGR valve, just remove it
