A diesel specialist should check them for around a fiver per injector. I bought four new nozzles, installed them myself and then had a specialist set the pressures. All in all it cost me £130 for a set of four like new injectors. Most places will charge around £250 for the whole job.

What engine you running Pos? £130 will get you a brand new set minus the surcharge at most places for a 2.5TD or N/A, i assume you got a 200Tdi? Closer to £200 mark for a new set ( if all 4 needs replacing that is ).

On another note, this'll be an interesting thread to watch, would love to find out what it is if nothing is solved so far with the comments :D

£200 for four new 200tdi injectors... I wish! This is the reason why I reconditioned them myself - ETC8412 DIESEL FUEL INJECTOR 200TDI | shop | www.lrseries.com | L. R. Series

300 tdi injectors are a bit cheaper and then the even older style things sell for pence in comparison.
