1996 Defender 300TDi CSW sun roof glass removal

I don't normally ask about basic stuff like this but I'm conscious from advice I've been given that some of the parts are a bit delicate so I would ask kindly if someone could advise on how to remove the glass panel.

I believe there are different versions of sunroof - all I can say is that this appears to be genuine Land Rover one as it has a Land Rover sticker on the opening/closing rotating wheel. I have the usual water drip from the hinge areas which I want to investigate but I can already see that the ingrained moss in the rubber channel needs removal.
