1995 headlights and grille fit a 1993 ?

Hi a mate of mine is breaking a m plate disco and I was wondering if the front lights and grille would fit my 93 l plate ? As they look a bit different ? Cheers
 
Every time I ask a question on here I get told to do a search , yes I have used it Jensen asking the question . Sometimes it's easier to say yes or no then the above statement

Not really mate if you had used the search then you will know yes they fit but not without work ie.not a bolt on job.if i was you i would keep yer 200 front end as they are becoming rare now
 
Show me the thread then ? Most forums are helpful but this seems helpless . I've been a mod on a vw forum for years so I understand but really this is a poor show chaps , the amount of time you have wasted writing about the search button , you could have answered the question . And helped someone out !

You can get away with just opening out the existing holes where the lights fit. I replaced the whole front end to a degree so had no choice but to use the newer panels.
 
I ask a question about fitting headlights and get told to **** off . Very nice and helpful
