1985 90

Hi, any idea when they stopped having galvanised cappings?
Mine has but some don't appear to.
Having had my last Landy pinched I've bought an entry level 90.

Probably just to take it away from the series land rovers to make it stand out in terms of appearance as a new model. I think they were still galvanised or at least has some anti corrosion stuff applied before any paint.

Also it does look weird without the galvanised capping on the door. When they went to one piece push button. Looks more uniform all body coloured.
