Tried a search ... proof!

Just noticed that the cigar lighter in the "between the front seats console" isn't working.

I've checked the front 12v socket which is ok, and the fuse, no 10 in the glovebox fuse compartment which is ok.

Is the rear 12v socket fused somewhere else? Or do they share the same fuse?

If it is not a simple fuse problem, where should I start looking for problems with the rear socket?

Cheers

Pretty sure they don't share the same fuse. I blew the fuse on mine once after taking power from the front plugs cables for my CB, but the the rear plug between the seats still worked so it must have been on a different fuse.

I can't find a second fuse... Perhaps I can't see the wood for the trees...

Ah, yes, wood for the trees. Had another look this morning, armed with a nice hot cup of tea, and found a fuse marked +•- which is fuse number 13. Low and behold it had a blown 20amp blade fuse which I have swapped and all is well.

Cheers
