110 station wagon v 110 double cab pick up

Ratty, this may be a stupid question,

but what did you use to fill your window panel??? I've got factory fit windows in my '96 CSW and want to make it to a utility. Any advice greatly received.

My question now is, will defender 90/swb sides fit on the in place of my windows or do they need to be series 88 inch??

No, you need 88 inch panels. Keep an eye out on fleabay as they usually sell for less then £50.

Lucky as i have full use of my mates sheet metal shop

The panels on mine are aluminium but there is a fibreglass (or summit similar) version available.

Wouldn't it be easier just to get some series 88" van sides and swap em over

No

the metal was free and i want to wrap everything while apart so makes it easier for me, anyway i like making things
