Just put a new fuel pump on this car and now it seems to be running really lumpy, i was just wondering if there was a way to purge it as i can't find any information on it, thanks

Any smoke?

Could be an injector harness, Egr's, any coolant consumption?

The in tank pump itself is the exact same spec as the one fitted to the TDV6 it should give 0.6 bar with the ignition in the ON position,

A code reader will be required i'm afraid, if there is a code a missfire you will have to get the codes.

Cheers mate had a code reader on it and it said the fuel pressure is too high, no smoke though, just shakes quite a bit but settles down when in higher rpm's

You could have an issue with a Fuel pressure control valve, or a fuel pump module fault

A fuel pressure check would be a good idea

Maybe some dirt got into the fuel rail while the pump was being changed? This would have found its way to an injector, which wouldn't do it any good.
It doesn't need to be large lump of dirt either, just the smallest spec of dirt is enough to block an injector nozzle.

Cheers lads apreciate your help, scanner said one of the injectors was out so have ordered a new one and will let you know how it goes

That's the trouble with multi-cylinder engines. Back in the 'sixties a mate ran an old Yank V8 for several months before he found out it was only firing on 7 pots
