Hi all, does anybody know the part no. for the tee piece o-rings that fit in the (centre) top of the fuel injectors please? I'm in the process of servicing it including removing the valve cover to clean out the ports which have a slight build up of carbon (I deleted the EGR three odd years ago & cleaned the manifold but didn't bother removing the valve cover to 'complete' the job). As it's done over 30,000 miles since & 166,000 in total, I thought I'd bite the bullet. & do it but I can't get the injectors (incidentally the glow plugs come out without issue & considering I've never touched them I was hoping it was my lucky day)! As it has no running issues I decided not to continue but as I'd removed the tee pieces I want to replace the o-rings. I'd already got the copper washers/o-rings for the injectors & valve cover gasket (of no use now) but forgot the tee piece o-rings hence the request. When I looked I could only find a part no. for the return pipes, which from the picture can't make out if it includes the tee pieces & o-rings. so any help much appreciated.

As it's 'only' an extra £23.22 for the whole pipe assy. inc tee pieces & o-rings I might just order the genuine bit.

Ah I'll go for that, thanks The genuine 'kit' is £39.26 inc. vat but the brass will be more robust should I need to re-visit in the future.

Get the brass leak of kit, it's much more robust.
Hi Nodge, is it ok to run the F/L up without the inlet manifold on ? I need to manoeuvre it a few feet on my drive so I can get the front bumper off. I'll have the EGR blank fitted. Thanks in advance.

The engine will run. Just make sure you don't have anything in the area that can get sucked into the cylinders. Oh and if you rev the engine, it'll flag a low boost fault, so it's best to just allow the engine to idle. ;)

Great stuff thanks for that, being an auto I won't need to touch the throttle for what I need to do but I have my Foxwell to clear any faults just in case.
Any luck with the FL2 'cold' running problem yet ?
