Maybe you should have asked here first, mates who don't have clue seldom give good advice. Bit like me fitting Sierra Cosworth lamps to a model T. Do you get the similarity? :):):)

You can update the Mk111 Sat Nav CD based system in the 2002- 2004 models with the MkIV DVD system from an E39 5 Series - but the Touch Screen uses the MOST system from 2005 onwards where as the earlier ones where CANBus systems....

You can get the DVD based H/U from the Bay of E but they'll run you between £250-£400 plus map discs.

My fault aswel for being so trigger happy on eBay I reckon mate! Not how i usually go about things But fair point :)

Someone did mention a bout the rear satnav upgrade, is it plug and play? Or was that boll@cks aswel?

Don't know not clued up on the L322, in particular mod wise, others will know though. But not a lot of L322s on here till lately so knowledge is a little sparse.
