Hi all
Please could someone tell me tyre pressure on Freelander TD4 2005.
Hand-book says 30Psi. But most cars have one pressure for light load and higher pressure full load. I wish to tow a caravan so what pressure should I set the tyres at ?
Regards Steve

The hand book says 30psi for all circumstances, so why not believe it?
That's what I keep mine at.

there's quite a few threads about it on here, the manual does give two pressures, one driver only, one for fully laden.

you need to do a bit of experimentation to find what feels right. The freelander characteristics can be altered radically by just a few psi.

I run my td4 commercial at 35 all round, as its usually well loaded, and on the motorway. any more than that, it feels a bit skittish, any less it feels a bit wallowy.

hope this help

Possibly depends on the age. I did check my handbook before my post, and it only gives one pressure.

When I had new tyres the tyre shop blew them up a bit hard and it was immediately noticeable, even on such things as white lines. When I checked they were 38psi.
