Half arzed goggling an I can't find snow chains for imperial 33x12.5x15 nor metric 315/75 r15

Am I missing something or do I need truck/agri/forestry ones or worst case, custom maked ones?

Have you tried converting the tyre size.
Use a bigger rim size and tyre to give same rolling circ (not sure if it effects, tyre width? ) our chains generally do a varied size.
I will go and take a look

Do you actually want them for use or legality(travel in Europe certain areas)?

Ours cover a variety of size but not anywhere near what you need.

Edit try these guys tyre size shown is a little small and skinnier so may cover.

Use and of course legality, but not sure on legislation against home brew snow chains as would be subject to traffic laws in any given EU member state

Don't forget some countries the tyres need to be snow/winter approved.

Have you searched snow socks? These are like bags with lots of adjustment. Unsure legal in some countries as they say " must have chains"
Used these socks on the Prius/BMW & transits. No complaints

Used these socks on the Prius

I almost passed out, what kind of metrosexual admits that round ere, it's worse than confessing a mild joy at having a freelander

But i agree, the snocks as they call them are amazing on euroboxes in snow, I was equally impressed when I saw a video of a guy putting a set on and driving off as though there was nothing on the ground at all.

See Prius no socks out on exmoor.
Good car for the mrs 180k miles no faults.

Take the socks off when the snow disappears so you don't damage them.
Why you looking for chains?

If you want to use in anger then stick with chains ,continue and chat with folks you will come up with a set.
Would be nice if you had somebody local who stocked so you could go and try.

We have to by law carry chains and have M+S tyres between Nov-May. Although we do have socks as they get a good rep for the L322, chains for the others.
But we have only ever taken them out of their pack once to test fit, and we get some pretty rough conditions but the Landys have never been stuck.

For us is more of a legal thing like the first aid kit and vest and triangle.

Need to get the Mrs birthday pressie sorted by end of April, was gonna get her a new iron as casual observation it seems our old one must have packed up but they're light enough to throw, snow chains are bit too heavy for her but mighty practical for me :D

Joking aside, I fancy Norway for Christmas as we get 2 weeks off this year and it would be a nice holiday for a week :)

I saw that site but couldn’t put your size tyre in. Maybe just my IT skills:oops:

If they are right great. Next question is how many?
We actually have enough to cover all 4 wheels not just 2 but then it gets expensive :(
