that looks to be a completely different shape to the steve parker pipe as well....

it'll fit

the disco usually has a 1:2 ratio - the 90/110 normally has a 1:4, that's why so many people use the tranny box out of a disco when they put the 200 in - gives around 15% higher gearing which is very usefull esp on motorways

just ordered the steve parker downpipe and intercooler kit, not the air filter kit though.

apparantly it should arrive tomorrow, ready for the weekend!

unfortunately i cant do it this weekend so will have to wait til next :(

Job done!

well its running and ive driven it home from the garage today, but need to take it back up tomorrow to sort out the air intake and where to put the filter, as im running it without a filter at the mo.

im amazed at the difference in power and speed, it literally flies along now. turbo sounds gorgeous whistling away as well, but spose thatl go when i get the airfilter back on tomorrow.

Also I have just replaced the Rad / Water pump & viscus fan on my N/A. I am asumming that these will have to go once i come to fit a TDI. If anyone needs them let me know and ill put em aside for you!

Saying that the whole enjun will be up for grabs. It is a N/A Ex-Mod and was re-conned about 9 year ago. Let me know if anyone is interested. Wont be available for a few months.

Interesting, I picked up my donor Disco 200 TDi last weekend to do the same conversion. Fell on a bit of a bargain, 80k recon engine, 12 months MOT and loads of tax. £400. It's over at the garage with my 90 getting taken out and swapped.
