...doesn't appear to work at the moment. I get presented with an error message saying the file size is too large for the server to handle, yet the file is only ~ 3mb.

Is this a site-wide issue, or are others experiencing similar problems?

It's forum wide as far as I'm aware and since the crash and recovery the other day.

I've asked @accyroy and @accywingy to look into it.

I can see why, a lot of fun they are too, there used to be a barge on the canal in Weert that had an old JCB extendable stick digger mounted on it from the slew ring up, and the engine was used to power the barge and the hydraulics for the digger, no bucket but a clam shell rotator bucket on it, they used it ever day clearing build ups of sediment.

Quite a few diggers on barges over here too, used for dredging. The MLC have diggers on nifty little powerboats, very manoueverable.
