Propshafts checked and painted

Chassis externally sprayed with Dinatrol front suspension on and steering box

Cylinder head refitted and turbo put back on, dropping in chassis ASAP

Corner capping's off and any minor imperfection's filled

Spent the rest of the evening cleaning my gearbox ! Bought a Soda Blaster to speed things up and get a clean finish !

Its a Sealey PSB10 portable Soda blaster, cost £105 25 KG of soda cost £27 + Post.

It came from Bideford, Devon, Soda blasting produces less heat and is less damaging to everything

Took the old chassis loom out the Donor today. Added three core to extend the fuel sender wires, stripped off old covering and replaced with new . Then threaded it in new chassis.

Refitted steering pump and new pipes, rear brake pipes/hose and a run up the chassis. Front hoses fitted. F*** cold in the shed !
