when it running carefully put a long screw driver on the bolt for each tensioner and all the ancillaries (air con, alternator pas pump) then put your ear to it you'll soon find if a bearings gone even at idle it will be apparent
Thought I might try starting it with belt off and see if noise disappeared
..then just renew the culprit. ..I've already done pre tensioner. ..might as well change everything I can as I'm sure everything is dying ..all parts look original ..when the head was done ..was original gasket from new..cheers...I can't see no viable turbo leaks..
Seem to stopped noise...renewed rocker cover gasket...while there ..i noticed internal shield in the rocker head was bent due to a so called mechanic trying to take it out
...straighten it out ..refit gasket properly and no noise ...
