retrofit xenon to L322

Hi guys, i have come across a full set of xenon headlights on fleabay (with the wipers fitted). Will they fit directly into my 2004 V8 SE as replacements for my halogen units ?

personally i'd prob say no, there are a lot more factors to the hid system than just the headlights, they are self levelling so take a reading from one of the rear height sensors. (yes the height sensors are different on halogen & hid models) plus i would imagine they would need programming into one of the modules so they would work. that is of course if all the correct wiring is in the car.

Oh yes......I'd stick to Halogens....

Taken me almost a year to find out why the Diagnostics comms when haywire after a blown HID...still no idea, but all of a sudden they work now!
