I am proposing a requirement to our Managing Director the need for another Mechanical / Electrical HVAC Project Manager, which is much needed, so the likelihood of approval is high, the person would have to be a experienced battle hardened PM to be responsible for the install teams, project costs, scheduling, keeping the main contractors under control etc
Product and installation knowledge of
Hydronic Balancing
Heat Interface Units
Solar Thermal
Under-floor Heating
The pay would be roughly about £40-50k, bonus, car, ipad, phone, pension, blah blah, usual stuff you expect from a German manufacturer.

Daughter looking for graduate scheme jobs ....not having too much luck atm as all but one of the 19 she could go for require a driving licence and because of health reasons she's highly unlikely to ever be allowed to drive ...and the fact that you can't stops the application there and then.
She's managed to get as far as telephone interviews for 5 but no joy so far.
She has a masters in international politics and is working in lettings atm .
