Recently took it off...but never felt any ill effects with this tyre combo, only the tightness on full lock? Will be getting the izzardas on the front soon too. Hopefully before the vcu is sorted.....
hi, i have got to replace my uvc and ird within the next few weeks. The reason is i have miss matched tyres.
Been looking on the internet and came across a firm called OPONEO who supply new tyres, i can get 4 new Pirelli Scorpion Zero A Simme 225/55/17 tyres for £140.00p with free delivery. Has any one used these people any feed back would be good. My firdt thought is if it sounds to good to be true it is... What do you people think ?
The Chinese tyres I bought were called Roadstones, seems a good tyre and recommended by local tyre fitting company, as they have plenty of Chinese imports to chose from I took their advice, £80 each fitted.
Not on a Freelander.
I had a set of Grabber AT 2's on my Maverick. Grip was brilliant regardless of surface. Tread didn't seem to wear either. I did 30K miles on them before I sold the car, they were hardly showing any wear at all at that milage. I was surprised. I wanted a set for the Freelander but discovered there were discontinued
Would I recommend them to a friend? Absolutely.
