upgraded my blower motor

looking good-anyone know where I can get new carbon brushes from for my old motor?

More progress just the end plate and brackets to weld on now added slot for resistor pack after taking these pics.
Tested it with no resistance in yesterday and air flow rate is brilliant.
Intend to set up with normal switch with two resistance values in and then have a second switch to short out resistance and give full flow when required.
The motor has a vent tube taken from casing to keep it cool same as LDV van it came from except that was a plastic case.

cheers, I had a mass ordering session..
I now have a complete fan going spare and my old fan motor with new brushes

ebay here we come

I've got Dr_Evils spare heater box too so I'm going to double matrix up.

I might even fit spare blower somewhere
