battery has been draining quickly.
alarm fault keeps coming on dash
rear wash wipe/front washers all gone off
put new battery on but still the same
someone has had a look and said the fuse box is faulty
could it be true
whats the fix

Is your RF reciever the newest version?

Alarm fault is more than likely the ultrasonic sensor in the headlining.

footwell seems dry,but would need to check for sure.
had no condensation issues on windows

The fuse boxes can corrode and burn internally, they are a multiple layer of PCBs. Have a good smell inside the box and look for over-heating especially around the blower relays. If you're good with a soldering iron and PCBs you could consider taking it apart and attempting a repair but a new fuse board is the best repair. If you do take care to replace it with an IDENTICAL one.
However even if the fusebox is suspect it doesn't mean that you don't have BECM issues so carefully investigate that as well.
