Fitted my overdrive today, not too bad a job really, took a bit longer than it probably should, but, all on and working well, however, whilst poking around i have found some serious structural failings in my chassis, my original plan was to keep it going to next winter then galv it, but, it's not going to last that long and it is already so heavily patched up it would be stupid to patch it more, it just needs replacing.
So, i'm thinking new chassis (Richards' most likely) and if i can remember who does them a new galv. bulkhead too.
It'll leave me with a very battered, rough looking series, with pristine chassis and bulkhead!!!
