Thats a standard bit of bodywork which supports the seat box on all fenders and series and probably only 1.5mm at best!
As this seems to now be a contest I've had 7 x series 2's, 4 x series 3's, 2 x 110's, 4 x 90's, 1 x lightweight, a 6x6, a Range rover and a Disco.
And despite this I still look for options of how to make my 90 look standard while still having stronger sills....weird isn't it

I can make some HD sills that look normal but will take a little bit of a hit

I could make you some by using folded odd leg angle so its still strong but will sit back and let you retain the floor sills(galv bit of steel floor bolts to.

I was gonna use 5mm folded channel with 45* strengtheners at 1/3 and 2/3 way back
angle may be easier though

They's heavy duty in the highest sense of the word
