Willans harnesses to follow subject to practicality, but harness bar arrangement will take a little more fabrication/thinking!

Seats are secured on one bolt at the moment, need to make/have made some adaptor plates, just need to take measurements but GOT NO TIME FOR LAND ROVER AT THE MOMENT :(

Cheers!

Nice mate :) how much we're they, I'm just trying to source some bucket sets for mine :)

tell you what jimbo im impressed with them so would recommend

started off looking at the qt seats but they was like  PRICE!!!

then luckily these popped up on LR4x4, gave 150 for them with the harnesses which i thought was great price

the seats are only 92 quid each new from whitbread and are very popular, i can see why.

theyre quite wide so im looking to get some pads made to snug them up a bit and increase motorway comfort!

Awesome :) I can get some 6 point harnesses off of a mate who does rallying for 65 but I'd probably only use them as 4,

How comfortable are they as standard ? I'd probably get some padding to tighten them up anyway?

theyre good!

bit slippery due to being plastic, would probably need harnessing in anyway, then they'll be just fine.

work in progress! :p

I can see they are a pair of Carling switches but what are they for??

Thought you had enough on the dash

These are for changing from white to red interior illumination and for switching the dashboard illumination out of the sidelamp circuit.

Basically switch to red and kill the dash lights for night mode :)

It's all to do with the alien apocolypse/zombie invasion preparation!

We need to be ready, and hope to god they don't use EMP on me otherwise I might end up fried and running for the nearest tdi with a tow rope!

My bro tells me that EMP attack only affects currently closed circuits so if I could build in some EMP detection to automatically shut down the ECU the vehicle may survive the attack.

Fingers crossed anyway, I mean it takes a monstrous device for any kind of serious radius but you know what these aliens can be like.

Otherwise, in peace time, yes the red cabin illumination will just generally help with night vision, and the dash light blackout helps with driving fast down dark lanes with poor headlamps :D

Field repair exercises at Tong are potentially planned for May but if course all plans are subject to change :p

Regards deep wading, it is in theory possible but I think I'd have more important things to worry about than my dashboard illumination, such as "Is water pouring into my engine through the valley gasket?" and "am I much more bankrupt now than I was 5 minutes ago?"

Cheers :D
