:crazy_driver:

got to agree wiv im....

read through this epic waitin fer an outcome...

seems lz`s wizard is workin on it...

or was that KKK,
or was that druid,
or was that fecknose...

good outcome all round tho chap!

The outcome is not yet that good....

Please forgive me as I cannot post the pictures here as I'm on an iPad.

We have decided to go for the ashcroft 30% t box upgrade whilst all srped down. Fingers crossed Ashcroft have this upgrade in stock.

Whilst we have her naked we are now upgrading the gearbox mounts. The gearbox mounts will be an upgrade item so that busy body folk can look under Neath and eat humble pie. ( when one says that internal parts have been upgraded many folk including myself will never believe unless there is a physical, identifiable presence.

In the mean time whilst awaiting the Ashcroft outcome rockslides will be purchased. Any suggestions?

Updated springs are now in desperate need. Parabolic or genuine landrover items??? What do we think????

Tomorrow the duffs will be examined. Apparently they are none standard. Simon will be te judge for the duffs.

Oh. Apparently there is a brake disc kit that is highly engineered. This kit apparently is a bolt on replacement for the drum brakes? The sole reason for going with disc brakes is that I would like to register the vehicle on the German net. Ze Germans are very very rigid and do not appreciate long bridge yim yam build quality.!!!!!

What else?

Oh we are in discussion regarding giving her a make over....

She need to warm up a bit and get a sun an. She needs to go from patchy blue to a healthy looking limestone colour. (the limestone colour is key for my business colours). My business colours are cream ad green.

What else???

Oh I think seat fabrication is in order. When I bought the blue truck she had some horrible knackered soda seats in her. I have a pair of yummy coverage buckets with sliders ready to rock and roll.

Phew.

From a simple breakdown to a possible complete make over

Regards

Update regarding the wife...

NOPE. NOT EVEN A CLUE!

I sent an email earlier.

I haven't spoken to her today. Oh. I must admit I nearly had a guilty admittance to the wife toay.

I then manned up.

Had three local largers and two extra large gins.

Now I'm invincible!

There has to be a documentary film script in this epic. Which I hope ends really well for everyone.

Regarding the wife. How are you explaining your absence? Are you going for the "it's just sex with a man I met on the Internet" excuse rather than admit you bought a landy?

And mr. Martin - I salute you, sir. Not only are you a technical guru but can also do the business in the real world. And go out of your way to help a stranger.
We need more like you.
