'Product Placement' indeed!
There are six bottles stashed away in the engine bay in total. Some are not visible in the pic.
Carried them like that for years - none of them have ever moved, burst or leaked. :D

OMV Engine Oil
OMV Crystal Windsceen Wash
Millers Diesel Additive
Millers Antifreeze
Red-X Injector Cleaner
STP Fuel System Cleaner

Brilliant, SV, and a great way of having all your liquids to hand :)

Evening all,

Instead of being lazy and waiting to hear what size clips I need for my silicone hoses, I went and measured them myself ;)

FYI, the intercooler hoses are around the 65-70mm mark, and the air intake hose is between 70-80mm. Hopefully the clips I've ordered will confirm this.

Hello again , still waiting for said clamps , since 18th of june ! just ordered the 3 piece intercooler set plus clamps ,hope those clamps are in stock !

Just got my first dph hose , for the air intake , well you got to start some where ! the 3 hose kit is next , however i was told by the dph man that they now do a S shaped hose for the td4 , i am not familiar as yet with that hose , is it fitted to the turbo its self ?
Update on the new S shaped td4 hose , was told by dph its for the radiator , and goes into production next week !

And where are the photos then.....:D

Did you get the new 'S' hose from the turbo to the intercooler?

S.

Just the 3 hoses at the front.

S Hose? Not seen that one. Not another bloody hose to fit lol

Photos, I'll do that when I manage to fit the first one from the cooler to inlet thingy.

OK, not sure where the turbo is & how easy this hose is to fit. If it will help mpg & reliability I'm for it.

David

You can't miss it - big chunky (75 or 80mm I estimate) hose low down in the middle of the gap between the EGR and the battery connecting to the RH side of the Intercooler behind the radiator. Both Jubilee clips fully in view - easily changed I think.

I see it. Bloody huge thing.

To be fair, it looks in good order.

Mine looks OK too. It seems to be the top ones that split - I haven't heard of many folks having trouble with the 'S' turbo hose to be truthful.

I can't justify the money for that until the hose actually lets go.

Mrs Singvogel would go nuts - replace failures and broken bits yes - bling no! Ha ha.

sounds like the large intercooler to sensor hose was in fact the longer one for the earlier version without the sensor.

sounds like the large intercooler to sensor hose was in fact the longer one for the earlier version without the sensor.[/quote I thought the same , however my 55mm should have read 35mm cut off  and the sensor section is just over 100mm , i think the hoses are made to order so the error could lie there better longer than shorter :D
