110woman is coming down to my place next week with cake. In return my son and I are going to help out with a service (to the 110 not to the lady herself LOL)

I am not knowledgeable enough to advise on the best oil to use... nor the fluids she would best benefit from, but I would wager that some advice woould be welcome from those who know best!

We are talking about a 110 td5 by the way.

Options, ideas, opinions, thoughts, crisizms, pornographic pictures are all most welcome...

Mostly for Ms 110W since she will be bringing most of the stuff with her!

5w30 or 10w40, but 5w30 is most likely better for winter motoring.

The springs looked ok 2 months ago and if it was an advisory should be good for a year yet...the oil needs changing but there's a new air filter on it. Other levels were topped up but obviously should be checked. The brakes were cleaned but there wont be long before they need pads

Storm... I can happily change the pads of course... problem is that they would need ordering prior to arrival... and I don't want to incur more costs of they are not necessary... do you recall whether they have another 6 months on them? If I had some in the garage I wouldn't care but mine are disco ones.

not quite

it confirms they only test the origionally fitted standard headlights..... youre two extra spotlights are either an origional optional fitment or have been added latter , either way they aint a testable item. having said that a pedantic plod might not like one not working...on the grounds that either both should work or neither be used, any way should be a five minute job to either dissconnect or pull a bulb to identify it.
