Having done a lot of work over the past 18months on the beast I would say my besy buy was a 450mm breaker bar with 1/2 inch swivel head. You just about need it for every job. Needed it to do front disks yesterday, or else would have abandoned repair. Whats yours ? Second is the free softrware and the purchased cable for the eas , but before someone else says it the advise on here is above a needed tool as its not possible to do it without the knowledge

It's obvious really........

Don't know about the best tool, but the one you should steer clear of is over enthusiastic mechanical ignorance.

Pretty sure I've gotten through the complete set of those over the years :D

On the OP, its got to be my 1/4 drive Teng ratchet set with screwdriver extension bar. Its my first go to tool for just about every fiddly job.

i was going to say hammer but i see someone beat me to it....! im sure BBS guy will be along to tell us which FCR would be our best tool if we had £3k to spend......!!! lol

Wow, the number of cynical posts on this thread, anyone would think that these cars were really bad :D, what would we all say about cars we hated?
My favourite would have to be my 27mm socket, for virtually every job you have to take at least one wheel off
