Thank you mrnice. It seems with Land Rovers the phrase "there's always something to look in to" has never been more relevant. No matter how much hassle or despair it causes there is something strangely addictive to "sorting" problems with theses vehicles. Any other make of car the same age...

Thanks for the replies. I do have a sunroof but the head lining is dry and around the inner of the sunroof is too. I think I'll take the wings off and seal any obvious places etc. It also seems cheap enough to replace the door seals etc so I get to spend another Sunday alone with my Disco :-)

Hello, I currently have the interior stripped out of my 1996 Disco. The footwells have no rust holes even though the soundproofing was soaking when I removed it. The rain was heavy yesterday and I now have water in both footwells. My question is, how does it get in and how do I prevent it...
