My advice would be that if you are going to buy from a dealer you will pay more than a private deal even with discount ,so get some sort of warranty from him, if the motors good he will be happy to offer it if not walk away. there's plenty more about.:D

Finally got there have changed the oil and filter in the auto box:D:D, took a while but with the weather being good thought i'd give it a go thanks to the advice on here and the rave manual all done, took my time and it was bit awkward for me but i've done it so well pleased with myself:D. also...

When i got my p38 it had alpine fitted in but none of the controls on the steering worked, but alpine do a lead that just plugs in i had it fitted now all working great. so i would sugest if you contact alpine sure they could help you.

I know i'm probably being bit thick but noticed some mech's are advertised with wiring and some without i assume they all need the wiring:o or are they different for different years so you have to make sure you get the right one for your year.:confused:
