Morning People I have an intermittent rattling coming from the fan area i have had a new waterpump fitted i was just wondering if it could be the viscous coupling any ideas it only rattles when its on tick over and you cant hear it inside the car .

Evening people after my post earlier in the week I have now found where the problem lies the water is coming from the water pump but I don't know if is the gasket that has gone. Is it best to replace the unit or will replacing the gasket cure the problem.

no its definitely coolant topped up yesterday dumped today

its where the underneath shield is situated when I have taken it off its got water all over it
