Hello you wounderful people :D My td5 has developed a rattle well more like a vibration :eek: Its coming from the transfer box gear stick thingy, its really starting to do my head in now. If i put the slightest bit of pressure on the gear stick it stops, the box itself works fine selects...

Going to be changing my diff oil, transfer box oil and gearbox oil at the weekend.... im i right in saying you can use the same oil for the diffs and the transfer box? And can anyone recomend some decent quailty oil.... :D Did a search but got really bored after 3 pages... :doh:

Ive got a defender TD5 been given a rebel steering guard, thought its free lets have a go at fitting it.... When i offer it up it looks nothing like, is there a specific steering guard for the TD5?? All your help is greatfully received :)
